Matt Ryde is the perfect client. He's open-minded, friendly, warm and came to us in late 2014 with a clear, well-thought out plan.

After years in estate agency he decided to start something new. An agency with heart - one that focuses on the client and what would make the perfect home for them. He named it Graham John, after his father.

Our brief: To bring his big idea to life. From a blank page we were asked to create a brand look, feel and proposition that would gain people's trust - which is not an easy thing for estate agents to do these days.

The brand was built around the creative anchor "Make Life Special" - the thought that the right home can make a huge difference to our lives. Using this we built a website, social media presence and print advertising to launch Graham John and get people's attention. So far, it's working - Matt's client base is growing every day and he's got a sterling reputation - owing largely to his own hard work and force of personality.
